Cobra Found Under the Bed In My Grandmum's Home (Photos)

It was a harrowing experience. A snake has been living in the house of my grand mum in the villa at Akuke Enugu South. A four rooms flat. This snake was hiding under the bed of the room next to my grand mum's room. The boy sleeping in the room said he has been hearing noise under the bed in the midnight while he was asleep. He said when he awakes the noise will subside. He got up eventually to go and ease himself at the toilet. On his way from the toilet about to enter his room, on shining his torch he saw this black long and shiny spitting cobra. He has to alert his brothers in the same house. They attacked the snake wit sticks and killed it.

It was suspected that this snake may have entered the house from the nearby bush through the fallen fence which was caused by a storm. Thank God no one was bitten by it.
